Corrections
If we've got a fact, a dose, a strain code or a price wrong, this is the most useful email you can send. Point at the page and tell us what's wrong. We'll fix it and note that we have.
Questions about a product
Happy to answer what we can. We can't tell you whether something is right for your symptoms — that's a question for your GP or a registered dietitian, and we'd be guessing.
Brands and PR
We don't accept paid placements, sponsored reviews or guest posts, and we don't publish press releases. If you want a product considered, send the retail listing and the ingredient panel. We'll look at it on the same terms as everything else, which includes the possibility of saying no.
Data protection
To ask what we hold about you, to get it corrected, or to have it deleted, use the same address and say so in the subject line. We'll respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires. The privacy page explains what we actually hold, which isn't much.
